Pre-Order FAQ

Q: When Will I Receive My Bag?
A: Our goal is to have all bags shipped by April 2025. We will do our absolute best to get them shipped sooner if the manufacturing schedule allows for it.

Q: How does payment work for pre-orders?
A: Payment will be collected at the time of pre-order. This secures your spot in the production run, as quantities are limited.

Q: What if there are production delays?
A: While we aim to stay on schedule, there can sometimes be delays beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated with any changes to the timeline and ensure that you receive your bag as soon as it’s available.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Yes, pre-orders can be canceled prior to shipping the bags. Once the bag has been shipped cancellations may not be possible due to production commitments. Please contact Wyatt@unitygolfco.com for any questions or concerns.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Absolutely. Once your bag is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Q: What is the warranty on the bag?
A: All Unity Golf bags come with a 30-day warranty. If any defects are apparent within 30 days we will offer a full refund.

Q: Can I customize my bag?
A: Absolutely. If you would like to customize your bag please select the option above that lets you put in what text you would like embroidered on the removable front pouch.

Q: Will there be a restock if I miss the pre-order?
A: This pre-order is for a limited run, so quantities are limited. We can’t guarantee a restock, but stay tuned for updates or future product releases from Unity Golf.

They don't know Pain

Amazing bag, great look and nostalgic.. nobody knows more pain than a golfer trying to find perfection!! I got lots of compliments and people asking where they can get one. The bag is light and very functional. Pockets are sleek and quality is premium. I might get a second just to keep around for when I wear this one out!

Far exceeded expectations

Absolutely love this bag, Every pocket is felt lined, super high quality, the zippers are very smooth as well. The 14 way slots are all lined with felt also, making sliding clubs in and out very easy. I have the full set of matching headcovers as well. The bag looks amazing. I got a magnetic golf towel off Etsy with the Akatsuki Clouds, just need a putter cover to match! Extremely happy with this purchase.
